Jarrod Hills
Jarrod has more than 15 years’ experience as a Commercial and Industrial electrician, including roles managing up to 30 tradespersons and apprentices in some of the harshest environments known to man!
His practical, hands-on technical experience means he understands the importance of workmanship quality and contractor/installer selection, project completions on time and the ability to overcome any obstacles put in front of him to ensure objectives are met. With a broad and extensive career in the industry on the tools and in managerial roles, when Jarrod works with a client, he becomes the glue between the commercial objectives and technical reality. He appreciates the importance of safety culture, the consequences to a business of poor energy management, and metering data to base decision making on factual information and taking the time to hear out the client to understand the outcomes they are looking for.
Jarrod’s personal mission is now to be a specialist in the renewables energy field and build a nationally known brand that is renowned for its honesty and integrity in a sector where change is the only constant.
Jarrod’s deep-seated passion for the sustainability movement and to make a contribution to Australia’s effort to reduce greenhouse and carbon emissions, coupled with his extensive electrical background, enables him to provide a unique, comprehensive, and technically thorough solution for his clients.
